Lions Participate in State Championship Swim Meet

On Wednesday, February 7, 2018, The Legacy Preparatory Christian Academy participated in the TAPPS Division III State Championship Swim Meet in Mansfield, TX.  It was a highly competitive meet.  Several meet records were broken across multiple events.

The Legacy Prep boys team was represented by Clayton Burkhard, Cole Carrico, Jack Foust, Sam Granack, and Sean Stepanick, and the girls team was represented by Mia Alcala, Hannah Condley, Sadie Micheletti, and Kyra Wright.

The boys team finished fourth overall out of a field of twenty-five teams.  In addition, Clayton Burkhard took first place in the 50 yard freestyle and second place in the 100 yard breaststroke.
