Legacy Preparatory Christian Academy partners with parents to provide a PK-12 college-preparatory, Christian education that produces academically successful, character witnesses for Christ.
PK-4th grade students have 2 campus days, 5th-9th grade have 3 campus days and 10th-12th grade have 5 campus days per week, following a university style schedule.
We choose curriculum that promote biblical truths, adheres to high academic standards and teach at an accelerated pace.
Students at Legacy are not just taught by Christian faculty but are encouraged to develop the disciplines that lead to spiritual maturity through participation in service projects, chapel, Bible and discipleship classes.
It has been a gift to partner with Legacy in our children’s education for the last 10 years! We are grateful for the emphasis on Biblical foundations and excellence in education, as well as the priceless benefit of learning together at home. Legacy offers so many opportunities for each of our very different children to thrive in the classroom and through extracurricular activities
The university model, that is so unique to Legacy, affords the opportunities for community, teams, and strong relationships while lessening the negative influences of worldly teachings. At Legacy, our child has Christian peers, supportive caring teachers and her parents to strengthen her ideas about our vastly changing world. Ironically our child is becoming a more independent learner.
I was the first student to go through the entire school system (K-12) at Legacy and throughout my years there I learned the value of time management, responsibility, and leadership. I received a challenging but more importantly a sharpening academic curriculum which perfectly prepared me for college. The transition to college was the same as moving from one grade to the next at Legacy, like nothing had changed.
Thank you to each person who makes Legacy what it is—a fantastic, well-rounded Christian school. Our family has been praying about whether God is leading us to move out of the area to pursue career aspirations and a slower pace of life. While researching job opportunities, we explored countless schools across multiple towns and states. We looked at academic strength, transparency, campus security, student character, Christ-centered biblical values, and financial stewardship.
