What are you enjoying about your college experience?
People make life rich! Expanding my reservoir of relationships and making connections has been incredible.

How do you feel your time at Legacy helped prepare you for college?
Legacy was magnificent in refining my time management skills. Additionally, the university-model gave me the unique opportunity to experience a college schedule.

How was your adjustment to the college schedule based on coming from a university-model school?
Natural and effortless.

What are some of your fond memories/favorite experiences while at Legacy?
I always tell people that my years at Legacy were my favorite. Legacy brought fullness and richness into my life. Among my favorite memories are homecoming, football games, and track meets. Although I don’t remember everything that transpired during my years at Legacy, I remember that I felt known. And I believe that being known is among the most beautiful of all human experiences.

If you had to describe Legacy in one or two sentences to somebody, what would you say?
It was magical. It felt like family 🙂

How does your spiritual life play a role in your college experience?
God is my Rock. Through all of the ups and downs I have experienced while in college, God has been with me and has sustained me. My spiritual life doesn’t simply play a role in my experience; it completely pervades it.

Do you feel Legacy helped to grow you spiritually and for doing God’s work?
Yes, in every sense of the word.

Is there anything else you would like to share with Legacy families or those interested in Legacy?
They’re such good people. Everyone supports each other. The people I met during my Legacy years have become dear friends and are continuing to impact my life, all of them changing the world in their own beautiful way.
