Your step by step guide for the application process

Application Process

Step 1: Attend an Informational Meeting

The information meeting is a required part of the admissions process. At the meeting, you will learn about Legacy’s core values, philosophy of education and university-model schooling.

Step 2: Submit Your Application

Apply now for the 2026-2027 academic year. We suggest using the chrome browser for application submission.

Step 3: Complete Application Checklist

  • Pastor recommendation form
  • Teacher recommendation form
  • Principal recommendation form
  • Birth certificate
  • Report cards (past 3 years)
  • Copies of both parents’ driver’s licenses
  • Official transcript (incoming high school students)
  • Schedule family interview (one per family)
  • Schedule placement exam (one per applicant)

Step 4: Complete Placement Exam

The placement exam at Legacy is designed for each applicant to assess students’ academic readiness and ensure they are placed in the appropriate classes that align with their abilities and learning goals.

Step 5: Complete Online Family Interview

Both parents and students are required to attend a Zoom meeting. If multiple students from the same family are applying, their interviews will be conducted together.

Step 6: Admissions Review

After submitting your application, it undergoes our Admissions Review process, during which our committee conducts a thorough evaluation to ensure that each candidate reflects the academic and personal qualities we prioritize at Legacy.

Step 7: Admissions Offer

The final step to becoming a Legacy Lion is an offer of enrollment. Complete the enrollment agreement and submit the $700 registration fee to officially enroll your student.

  • October 1, 2025 Application Opens
  • January 23, 2026 Complete application checklist for priority decision consideration
  • February 2, 2026 Priority admission decisions released
  • June 20, 2026 Applications for the 2026-2027 school year will close

After February 2, 2026, acceptance is limited to availability. In the event a grade is at capacity, a waiting list will be maintained for the applicant pool.
