Hineni (Hebrew for “Here am I”) is a one day event where Legacy students and their families complete service projects requested by individuals, local businesses and churches. On April 27th, nearly 250 members of our Legacy family dedicated their time to serve our community during our inaugural Hineni event. The morning was kicked off by a special message and prayer from Montgomery County Judge Mark Keough along with a visit from Deborah Arnold, the newly crowned Mrs. Texas 2024. Twelve teams, comprised of students from Kindergarten to 12th grade and their families, volunteered at various locations such as Seasons Assisted Living, God’s Garage, Pregnancy Assistance Center North, Angel Reach, Love Heals Youth, The Church at Alden Bridge, and more. As a Legacy family, we were so excited to show our gratitude to those who have supported our school over the years and can’t wait to do it again next year.
