High academic standards with a strong biblical foundation
Academics Overview
At Legacy, we immerse students in curriculum and activities designed to develop and strengthen their biblical worldview, while promoting the principles of our educational philosophy. We select curriculum and supplemental resources with a strong biblical foundation that adhere to high academic standards.
Students at Legacy are not only taught by a Christian faculty but are also encouraged to develop the disciplines that lead to spiritual maturity through participation in chapel, Bible studies, discipleship classes, and service projects.
Additionally, opportunities in student leadership, fine arts, and athletics exist alongside academics to foster students’ growing spiritual desire to glorify God in all that they do, embracing the call of Isaiah 6:8, “Here am I. Send me!”
Guiding Principle
Elementary School
PreK (4) through 4th grade offers a full range of academic coursework in Bible, Language Arts, Mathematics, History, and Science, all designed to develop and strengthen a biblical worldview while cultivating a desire for lifelong learning in each student.
Our high school program integrates a biblical worldview across all subject areas. Students are taught by professionally qualified and spiritually equipped staff who are called by God to serve and lead.

Statement of Faith
Families must be in agreement with the following Statement of Faith that guides the ministry of Legacy Preparatory Christian Academy:
There is one Book of Truth
The Bible, God's written revelation to man, authoritative, reliable, and inerrant, without the need of any other document to complete its message. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)
There is one way of salvation
Faith in Jesus Christ, the son of God, who lived as a man, died for the sins of all men, and was resurrected so that all who believe in their hearts and confess Jesus as Lord with their mouths will be saved. (John 14:6)
There is one sovereign God
In three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; John 1:1; John 1:14)
There is one body
The church, with its many parts acting in unison. (Romans 12:10; 1 John 4:7-11)
