Legacy Prep Welcomes New Assistant Athletic Director

Legacy Prep Christian Academy would like to welcome Tim Smith (dark pullover above) as our new Assistant Athletic Director. Tim is married to Rita, and they have 5 children: Nathan, Kate, Sarah, Beau, and Susan. He will be our new Offensive Coordinator and coach a second sport as well. Tim grew up in Illinois and Graduated from Iowa Wesleyan College in 1990. He brings with him 31 years of coaching experience including football, basketball, soccer, baseball, and track. He has 15 years experience as an offensive coordinator at the 4A, 5A, and 6A levels including winning a state championship at Cedar Park HS. Tim was also a head football coach for 4 years.

“I have been blessed to be a part of many great schools and programs, and I am looking forward to serving the students and families at Legacy Prep Christian Academy,” stated Smith.
